Getting Help

In addition to the information presented through this website, we offer a range of training and support services. These include:

Email based Helpdesk support during regular business hours. Email redcap@ualberta.ca
Free training sessions. Our training sessions are now held online through Zoom. We offer sessions several times a month. Sessions include
- Introduction to REDCap
- Advanced REDCap: Survey Management
- Advanced REDCap: Longitudinal Studies
"Drop in" support. In addition to the introductory and advanced training sessions, we also hold "drop-ins". Originally, drop-in sessions provided a scheduled time when users could "drop in" and talk to a member of our support team. Now, however, they have moved online and must be booked in advance. These sessions provide one on one time with a member of our support team and can be used to consult on any REDCap related questions.
Paid consultancy. Study teams with more than occasional support needs can contract us to build a study database or provide extended support.

Request a new REDCap project
To request a new REDCap login email the Helpdesk at redcap@ualberta.ca. (New users must be added to REDCap before they can be added to a project).
