Project Requests

Requesting a new project is currently a two step process:

• Complete an online project request form.

This form requests some basic project details and allows us to collect the information we need to create the project. You can find the form here. It can be completed by any member of the project team on behalf of the PI. Once this form is submitted we will normally create the project within one or two days.

• PI completes the Project Approval and Delegation form.

This online form will be emailed to the PI automatically. It authorizes us to create the project, allows the PI to assign administrative rights to additional users and acknowledges WCHRI's privacy policy. We require this form to be completed before the new project is moved to production status or used to collect live study data. It must be completed by the PI.
